Spirit Guides?
 

Hey, guys. It is I again. lol.

Anyway reading around the forums I have heard mention of spirit guides? But really what are they and how can I benefit from them? Do they even exist, and if they do how do I get to know them?

I don't know about any of this stuff, so it would be good if you guys shared your knowledge.

you might get several different answers here. i'll offer my own understanding.

yes they exist. everyone has a team of spiritual guides, and so it's not about trying to find them as much as it's about becoming consciously aware of the connection. probably the easiest way to do this, based on my experience, is to grow your intuition or act on it more often.

if you get a sudden feeling in response to a person or situation, act on the feeling. driving by a store and get a flash of a magazine? go into the store and stand in the magazine section until you figure out why you're supposed to be standing there.

also it's good to use some kind of protection as well - i don't say this to alarm you in any way, only so you'll just attract communication with energies you'd actually want to connect with.

what are they and how can you benefit from them?
they are collections of energy, multidimensional, they have our best interest in mind... they are like angels... most of us have more than one guide. they benefit us by helping us on our path through life. they honor our free will of course, but if we aren't sure whether to do A or B, we can ask and will find out which choice is aligned with our highest good.
