Explanation of the numbers?

I was just thinking.. that the global population has dramatically increased in the past few centuries.. so taking the numbers alone.. the world population is roughly 6 billion people. According to the following website:

The global population at the dawn of the first millenium A.D, was roughly 300 million, and even up until 1950, the world population was about 2.5 billion.

So my question is.. at the dawn of the first millenium A.D, when 300 million souls took birth as humans... how the heck did the number of souls choosing to reincarnate multiply 20X?

Don't know if there is any real answer.. but taking into consideration that energy cannot be created nor destroyed.. and reincarnation is a truth.. these are my guesses:

1) Increasing # of Souls previously as animals, taking birth as humans.

2) Perhaps souls being born across different galaxies? (Assuming anything is possible)

3) Spirit guides taking birth as Humans to increase the divinity on earth?

I'd definitely be interested to hear the take of forum members on this topic. It's something to think about...

The acceleration of conscious evolution in the universe?

If we consider human existence as a manifestation of consciousness, then it would follow that, just as organization of matter increases as you move away from the big bang, so does the organization of consciousness. That is, it increases in number as well as complexity. Until at some point, it has over-proliferated and a new evolutionary wave is necessary to continue, sort of the way that little, seemingly-insignificant mammals survived the extinction of the dinosaurs to eventually become...us.

I don't believe animal souls become human souls. Just as humans don't become angels.

Spirit guides are usually humans who are simply un-incarnated, who are helping out people who are. So that would be nothing new and not enough to account for population growth.

I think it's simply that more souls have chosen to incarnate right now. Before now they were just hanging in the ether working on their evolution there.
