Arrow Help me find the best way to express Gratitude

Hey all,

I have been missing from the scene here on the forums for quite a bit now, but had some new things come my way, making life yet more beautiful than it already was, like ever.

My question: What's the best way you'd express your gratitude for everything you've got? Any insights? Would you thank your God/the Superpower/the Universe? Would you thank the friendly and supportive Spirit Guides (even if you haven't had a "real" possible contact with them, yet)? Or how? What's the best way according to you...?

Thanks Looking forward to using some cool advice

In my opinion, gratitude is best expressed by first getting your vibration up to that level. The gratitude oozes forth from you and people feel it. Any specific action you might take will come as a result of your high vibration and be powerfully expressive.

An empty "thank you" or $100 spent on flowers means very little if the action comes from a place of obligation, or other lower vibrating state.

So, cultivate feeling grateful all the time and your actions will automatically reflect your state. People who are in contact with you will then be blessed not only with an outward symbol of your appreciation but of your actual love, gratitude and appreciation.

Why look for the best way? Just express gratitude when you feel it.

Yup. I think I forget to be grateful from time to time, but then will be reminded by something like a gorgeous sky while I'm driving in traffic, or by looking at some of the outrageously beautifully colored flowers here in New England (which will be gone very soon as the landscape turns to grey for our long winter), or by seeing an adorable kid at a farm stand eating an apple and giving me an enormous ear-to-ear smile...
Then I just try to remember in those moments to think "thank-you!" to the universe or whomever is listening.

And in those times when I'm a little bit tired, or overwhelmed, or hungover, irritated or afraid, still I try hard to remember what I'm grateful for, even if it's just something seemingly really small.

I really resonate with this one...How true, but well the point is, raising the vibtation comes first or just "being" in the state of thankful...? Nevertheless, an interesting point.

You can always give some of what you're grateful for to someone else who doesn't have what you do. That's a great way to express gratitude. It's more than a feeling. It can also be an action.

You'll never lose by giving what you have away. Believe me. It always comes back to you; usually ten fold or more. then you'll be even more grateful and have more to give. It's one of those crazy spiritual laws that really works.

I donated a measly ten bucks to a charity I support about two weeks ago. Within two hours I got 50 bucks in cash and someone gave me an awesome book. Then I gave away another ten bucks and received 80 bucks more in cash. It's amazing how this works and it always works. The only key is, give freely expecting nothing. Let it flow and become a conduit for the flow of money to give away. You'll be very grateful and you'll just naturally feel that way. You can't out give God, or whatever power causes this to work the way it does. It doesn't have to be money either. You can give away anything; including your time.

I can't afford NOT to give anymore; and I am grateful.

In my mind, the best way to express gratitude is to be active in your life. Get out and be part of nature, share your joy by simply embracing life's opportunities without fear.

To give back to the people in your life, simply be the best you that you can be in every moment and live your life as a loving, mindful example that they may follow if they feel draw to your light.

Precisely what I (try to) follow. Thats like the bull's eye. It simply works w/o any words or such, just "being" your best says it all, and loud. Great piece. Thanks!
