Overcome the assumption about angels that they are able to help us from disasters and protect us from negativity or dangers. Look at this interesting site containing spiritual articles. And look especially at this article about angels, who they are and what is their role in universe.

What a buncha bunk...er, um, I mean, what an interesting perspective given in that article. Basically as provable as everything else in the spirit world. Interesting that most reputable psychics give a very different view of angels as helpers, guardians, and highly evolved spiritual beings. I choose to believe angels are a big part of my personal spiritual team, and can be called upon for comfort and help.

This sounds like a combination of judeo Christian thought and new-age teachings. It probably comes from the astral. This is deception, not knowledge from on high.

I don't think they ever asked to be worshipped. If people choose to be silly about it, then that's humans for you. These beings can bring comfort...or even the belief that they are there helping can bring comfort to people who are lost and despairing. It may be delusion, but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it, if it helps a person in need of comfort. I used to not think so, but I'm a little less of a toughie than I use to be.

i have done a little research on angels....there are many with specific names and represent specific aspects in life...some are here to teach us lessons, guide us to answers.... as well as to give comfort and protect. they are not like fairy princesses with magic wands they wave to give us what we want...
