My of my friends wants basically power. They want it in form of money, contacts or by ability to persuade people.

I think that need from power arise from fear. Fear that if I don't have power over others they got power over me.

Why do people need power, what do you think?

What else is there, but different forms of power?

I guess, whether you hear the word powers and think "power struggles", or hear the word powers and think "harmony" depends on whether you're in the fray or watching the whole from somewhere more enlightened. I personally yo-yo between them, I think they rather define each other.

Most definitely. The fear of being without, the fear of not having enough and the fear of not being strong enough.
