 |  What is the universe trying to tell me?
It sounds like a pretty stupid question even as I type it: but is there a way to find out what the universe wants me to do more accurately than just my intuition? Some things are happening which obviously point to a sign of some kind, but I can't figure out what: there are a lot of messages that could be being sent. I also have a friend who's in a bad state: usually I can pull her out of these states, but now I don't know how to reach her: how do I find out what I'm supposed to do?

There are a billion ways.. choose one.. Here are a few basic ideas.. - Do your own tarot reading - Open a fortune cookie - Try sitting in a quiet place with pen or keyboard.. asking questions to guides/self and writing the answers - See a psychic - See a channeled entity - Pay attention to your reality for synchronicities.. |

If you need outside assistance in deciphering your path or the lessons you face I suggest a professional astrology reading by a well regarded astrologer. Astrology has helped me tremendously in the past and given me some understanding of what is happening for me in an energetic and karmic sense. I can also reccommened an Australian spiritual healer, clairvoyant and pschotherapist who is highly regared both here and abroad. PM if you are interested and I'll give you her details.

Just a couple of things to add here: 1. Your intuition can normally be relied upon as long as you are filtering out the ego thoughts. Your higher self is always like a great coach - supportive, positive and loving. 2. As the world is changing, our roles within it changed too. I suspect that whereas you may have previously had a role to assist your friend with depressive states, you are now ready to move on from this and your friend will have to start to deal with her problems herself. Be there, and be supportive but make it clear that you can only help as far as she is willing to help herself. If you want to give me some more detail about the signs you are getting, I could see whether I can get any information about what they mean? Namaste Victoria |

Thank you everyone, for all the help and advice you've given me. I've decided that I've poured too much of myself into trying to help my friend, and that I'm going to have to stop trying so hard: it's hurting me to pour so much energy into it. Thanks for all the suggestions: I'm going to review them all and decide on my course of action. You are all wonderful people. |

I might be a little bit late here because it seems like you have got your answers, but still I wanted to add a little something. Always trust your intuition. There is no one else out there that will know what is best for you, than you. And apart from that, be sure to know that you will know what you need to know, in the right time. Get into the flow of life by not pushing against anything and just letting life itself show you where you are supposed to go. You cannot really help your friend unless s/he wants to be helped and is allowing you to help her/him.
