hi.. I just posted a thread in the emotional mastery forum but I feel that some of the people who focus more of spirtuailty may have a idea about what im talking about as well

Please dont judge me to harshly. Its been hard to admit everything i put in that thread and i just want to find a way to deal with it...im not a axe murderer..i promise.

After reading your post - I strongly recommend you find a therapist who also deals with past lives - this way your current past and past lives can be dealt with. You can find some certified counselors in your local phone book, and if they don't advertise for past life, you can call and ask if they do. Nothing lost by a phone call.

Anything that's been dammed/walled up (repressed - such as say...before age 10) and stuff we carry over from previous lifetimes (and it doesn't matter if you believe in past lives or not, the therapy appears to work) will eventually want out and need to be dealt with, preferably in a constructive manner.

But it definitely sounds like it's time to investigate what's going on within....

As you are all people and the world itself, you are all that is both good and bad in the world. The bad stuff (suffering) is strongest because there is much more power in it than pleasure to aid in your own realisation of what you are. Pleasure is simply a point of self concern within the background of suffering.

Existance is to suffer.

You ego/avatar feels bad, because it seeks to be creator and creative, but of course it is neither. The way you feel now is actually a good thing because you are starting to realise that suffering is your access point into the now and what you are.

How can you use suffering and feeling bad to become aware?

Total acceptance of what is, regardless of labeling, then it is not pleasure and not pain, it is life itself, it is you.
