This book is definitely worth reading I wholly agree, wonderful techniques to supplement anyone on a PD path, even if your a hardened unbeliever taking the metaphors as just that...metaphors, can still bring a massive benefit.

I wholeheartedly recommend this text, as a starting point, as well -- but few will have the wisdom and strength to unlock the secrets.

Just want to say, thank you for recommending this book. I bought it from what you said about it.

It's very interesting! Lots of original content. I really liked the idea of transmuting base emotions into spiritual ones. The meditation exercises are mind-blowing.

My only gripe with it, is that she says the Akashic Records aren't real. I might have agreed with her only a few months ago, but now I know they are a place where you can access information (so long as you have the right intent and permission) and that can be independently verified by someone else. So it's a shame she's so adamant in the book they don't exist.

Other than that - very good read.

I never researched the Akashic Records, I wondered about that, so what exactly is the Akashic records? and is this reated to "Malchezidec" from the book of hebrews in the bible ? if you know
