Law of Correspondence/Law of Attraction

I was writing an article on the Law of Correspondence today and was wondering how many people are actually aware of it. We are all too familiar with the Law of Attraction and this is actually quite similar but the LOA is more about manifesting intentions and the LOC is about your outer world being a reflection of your inner one. It's very powerful indeed and I can attest to its effectiveness. I first heard of it from Brian Tracy and it really goes hand in hand with 'as a man thinketh' (book by James Allen). So, anyone heard of it? Use it? Had any experiences with i? I describe one major experience it had on my life in my post, I've never looked back, nor been the same. I'm sure there are more like me out there.

It sounds like just another name for the Law of Attraction. Another name for the LOA is Law of Love. The LOA in ancient days was discribed this way, which is on the seal of the secret movie, "As above, so below. As within, so without"

The LOA is not just about manifesting "THINGS", as a car, for example. It's about manifesting your world, your reality.

Sounds the same as LOC to me.

Thanks Dorothy. Most often when people speak of LOA it is in the context of manifesting things/achieving goals which, as you say, is probably selling it a bit short. In the context of shaping your world, they're very similar, different terminology

LOA says, you will attract to yourself the predominance of your thoughts

LOC says your outer reality will reflect your inner one (thoughts,feelings, attitudes, beliefs)

I have known the Law of Correspondences for a long time, Mark.

When I started out seriously into matters of personal growth I actually wrote an essay "The REAL Facts of Life" about all the Universal Laws of Human Nature to keep track of everything that's going on in our lives, largely unnoticed.

To me it is the same as the Law of Attraction and I have used it more or less consciously ever since, in small things and big - and seen the results all the time, creating a pretty unusual life. As Above, So Below - our lives on the outside are definitely a mirror-image of what we truly are on the inside.

LOC sounds a lot like making decisions. Nobody knows what decisions you have made on the inside, but your life on the outside will very clearly reveal the decisions that you did make.
