I think that's a natural part of yourself. You can't be taught how to be ambitous, however, you may get yourself to get motivated to achieve what's important to you.
You can look at the successful people in your culture and imagine yourself in their position and see how that's affects you feelings.
There are a lot of ways to discover yourself and your values. In other words, by knowing what you like, value, wish, you can get yourself motivated to move forward to reach it.

One becomes ambitious when he compares himself to others who is more fortunate than him. See this as a positive force instead of a negative force.

Set a goal to do something a little bigger than you think you can do that excites you.

Build plans to get there.

Set a date. Then extend date a bit.

Then before you go to bed. Do one thing towards your goal.

The next day absolutely positively do one or more things to get you to your goal.

Think about how you will feel and what your life would be like. Write for 1 hour in the morning thinking of 20 ways to achieve your goal every day (Earl Nightingale idea).

Do this one thing. Do it daily. Make it a passion, dream about it. Make it something you HAVE to do.

You can then do it.

Then set your next goal after achieving it.

But seriously, its just I have a lack of enthusiasm to participate in this society

Maybe my question should have been "How does one participate enthusiastically in this society"

With respect to this inquiry, you have to reflect on reasons that you would benefit if you participate in society and compare them with not participating in society.

If you don't have a reason, well you can always make one up or use a particular frame of thought/theme to concentrate on which, gives participation in society as a by product.

I'm not being facetious here with all the smart ass questions, but again, why would you want to if you don't really want to? Why can't your honest desire to do whatever it is you really want to do be enough?

Your belief could be wrong. You obviously do what you must to survive all the while focusing on doing what you must to thrive, which means going after what you really want.

That fact that you seek to be ambitious is in itself ambition. I think what you are looking for is drive. Ambition is a desire, drive makes you go after it. If you want drive then feed your ambition. If you want something bad enough, you will have the drive.

Its more i ponder alot on what i really want, and lack the action and drive to go get it because i keep pondering. which leaves me empty handed

I’m constantly questioning the substance and validity of my desire to beable to pour enough drive and energy to get it off the ground.

I dont have enough faith to follow a frame or theme. Was never a fan of faith

When someone understands what he really wants and goes for it no matter what happens.

I get that. At some point you have to stop pondering. You’ve just got to be brutal with yourself, by which I mean you just have to stop yourself from rethinking every decision. At some point being able to see multiple perspectives becomes counterproductive.

Have you considered what it is that you don’t want? Knowing what you don’t want is a surefire way to “discovering” what it is that you do want.
