This question is for people who are advanced in practicing the Power of Now and have gone through the experience of having parts of their bodies come back to life.

I think the 'body parts' I am referring to are the lower chakras but I'm not 100% on that. Anyway, I have always had this really cold, insecure feeling at the base of my spine and around my groin. I have found that by practicing the Power of Now these body parts can sometimes feel as if they are healing or coming back to life. However, the pain and discomfort in these areas is always very much dominant and I sometimes wonder if I am making any progress at all. Can anyone identify with what I'm talking about here?

I'm pretty sure that I am making progress but it's just very slow! I would love to hear from someone who has been through this and come out the other side. I guess I just want some reassurance that I'm on the right track.

I listened to a dharma talk the other day about this very subject. The speaker addresses the issue you are having (awareness intensifies pain in parts of the body).

Hmm... If you have been experiencing actual pain since long ago you might want to visit a doctor.
