 |  How do you define productivity
How do you judge if you are more productive than last day, or week or last quoter, or last month or do you compare this with other people ? I am not sure if its really based on how hard you work .. Please suggest |

not just how hard you work, might be how well you work, an artist might work really hard on 1 painting, then find 3 quick and easy, the period in which he created 3 paintings would be considered "more productive". no point comparing yourself with others, be the best that you can be, the way i measure my productivity is by just asking myself; 1. have i done enough 2. could i have done more/better. being more productive wont always be a result of things like working harder or longer, it might be a result of other factors like focus, enthusiasm etc. |
