Change your vibration as you change any emotional state
I've just picked up an interesting idea. I wondered - what is the vibrational state that Steve and Erin are referring to? is it anything more than an emotional state? If not, it can be recreated as any other state - by creating a certain physiology and focusing on certain thoughts.
I notice that when I feel deep inner peace and connection with all that is, my breathing is deep, back is straight, shoulders are up, head is up, I look forward, slime as if I was amazed, my eyes widen, my hands and arms open up. If I put myself in that position and focus on certain images (too hard to describe, sorry) I feel like after a deep meditation.
But then ... is it really THAT simple? Just sit in the right way, 5 min quick-fix and I'm there? Talk about a shortcut ...

Yup, it is that simple.
The trick is, you wouldn't know what to create, if you hadn't already experienced it through your meditation. Just experiencing the different states you can experience is amazing. There are so many, possibly too many to count, and way more than any person could label.
As for the vibrational state of you, I'm not quite sure myself. It seems quite mystical. I feel it as the connection between a person and the universe, the part of them that makes them an entity in their own right. It's both that connection from the person to the whole and the person too. Is it just an emotional state? Hell no! Is it influenced heavily by your feelings and thoughts? You betcha! There are many influences on your vibration, but they are all under your control. It's just a matter of practice until you can find them all, and learn how to influence them powerfully.
Lastly: The physical/mental/emotional/spiritual link to your vibration also works both ways. It's why people feel so much better all over after a good cleansing shower, a long talk with a loved one or a peaceful meditation.
