Default Making Change Easy - Four Week Challenge

I am undertaking a four week challenge using Centerpointe's Making Change Easy meditation / subliminal CD. I am keeping a blog of my experiences. You can view Day One here.

Cheers

Best of luck!

Just setting the intention to make change in 4-weeks is a big commitment.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for you encouragement Corrina. So far (well, all two days of it...) it has been a very good experience.

As a note:

I just ordered Flowering 2 (4.5 years into the program) and can definitely say the Centerpointe program works. But, many others probably work too. It was amazingly expensive though. I just wanted to share - it is not BS in it's effectiveness.

Now, back to your thread topic.

I definitely feel the effect of Awakening, but it is a weaker effect than my normal (unaided) meditation and that, along with the cost, would put me off buying the whole series. I wouldn't want to get to the end and discover that it is no more effective than my regular meditation...just $2000 more expensive!

Hey guys two quick questions

I started trying out these paraliminals, because it is said they work best. I did them but could not really perceive any influence.
I don't know i just lay down and try to relax. Should i hypnotize myself for better effectiveness, or are these methods just superficial crap. Is the centerpoint in any way better?

Ah jeah an another one: how can i make this linke with the lnks at the end of a post without copy and pasting it all time??

I don't know if Centerpointe is simply better, but so far I have found it particularly effective, especially in the last 24 hours.

Do you mean you want to quote what someone else said? If so, press the 'Quote' button and you will be able to write your response around the quoted passage.
