Decisions don’t come easy Mistakes I’ve made a few Between Faith, Love and Desire I’m left searching for the Truth What criteria do you use to determine Truth on abstract matters? What do you do when these (Faith, Love, and Desire) seem to pull you in different directions? Any Thoughts?

thats a great question... For me, the only way I can determine for myself if something in the abstract is true or not, is the way I feel about it. The "truth" is driven by how my emotions or my inner self feels about the subject. What may be the "truth" for me is probably going to be different than someone else.

| Internal consistency. I also make assumptions about Truth that I try to recognize beforehand and remain receptive to the possibility that they're incorrect.

Right on -- I believe the heart is what knows truth, not the mind. The mind only knows agreement with what it knows already. So "internal consistency", "feeling it", and "Love <--> Truth" are all making my inner tuning fork ring.

I am all about the Love, kind of lost the Faith, and the Desire Well the Desire has been known to get me in trouble I see Love is Truth don't know about the truth is Love part Not a bad way to make it through the day though So what I'm hearing is Love is the way to subjective Truth I can vibe on that

Peace. The internal sense of peace I feel when I decide to take a certain route of choice, when all the other choices are pulling me in all directions, will tell me that's the "Truth" in my own reality. Of course, in order to reach internal peace, the "Truth" would not deviate from anything that will harm others in the course of benefitting myself.

You know the Truth, because the truth sets you free. It frees something up inside of you. It makes you feel good. So, the feeling of freedom, or having the feeling of having been "set free", the release from bondage occurs. This is when you know, you have heard, seen, thought, acted on, feel the truth.
