I know what Deja Vu is and how it's a reminder from yourself that you're on the right spiritual path. But something different has happened to me. It usually happens when I'm having a good time and really happy. It's like time has stopped at these questions and statements flood over over me. The questions/statements usually consist of: Is there really time? Does this all exist? I can't believe I'm alive! I can't believe I'm actually doing this! If anyone can answer my question and tell me what's happening and what the meaning of it is, it would be great! |

I think that you are just in the flow and are very present in those moments, and rejoicing in them. Enjoy it when you can get it. I am assuming of course that what you're describing is entirely positive and doesn't have some element of fear or guilt or distraction from being present mixed in with it. If it's spoiling the fun for you then maybe some part of you is trying to block pleasure for some reason, such as a deep-seated belief that you're unworthy or that enjoyment is selfish and bad. --Bob | |

Is there really time? No. Does this all exist? No. I can't believe I'm alive! You are mistaken since you were never born and will never die. I can't believe I'm actually doing this! Who is I? We are dividuals not individuals. You are the self experiencing the self.

| Everything is perfectly perfect. There is no good or bad. Who am I? will answer this question once you punch through the answer you give yourself.

Hold the thought "who am I" before bed, upon awakening. Try this for a while, days, weeks see what you see feel what you feel. Experience it for yourself. WEI WU WEI When you give a shilling to a beggar - do you realise that you are giving it to yourself? When you help a lame dog over a stile - do you realise that you yourself are being helped? When you kick a man when he is down - do you realise that you are kicking yourself? Give him another kick - if you deserve it! Reality alone exists - and that we are. All the rest is only a dream, a dream of the One Mind, which is our mind without the 'our'. Is it so hard to accept? Is it so difficult to assimilate and to live? We have only to eliminate the ego-notion by succeeding in the difficult task of understanding that it does not exist except as a notion. Why are you unhappy? Because 99.9 per cent Of everything you think, And of everything you do, Is for yourself - And there isn't one. Or try this website as it has helpe people in a different way. Try soem of the experiments. Experiments If you really want to get into some reading here is some shoul dyou choose to read it. AWAKENING 101

Groundless, All I have to say is 'Wow!' I went to the first link, and was very confused as to what the experiments were supposed to teach me. Then the thoughts that we're just going on a spiritual journey, and that we're one. Not one person, but one as a whole(if that makes sense). Then I went to the second link. I read through it, and found the shoe tieing Zen exercise. It was the nicest feeling. It was like a nice 'ding!' went off in my head. I don't know if I'm doing this right, but it feels like it. Thanks so much again for the links and the replies! |
