 |  Mirror work to activate divine presence
Has anyone done any mirror work? I am doing all sorts of experiments with this as a way to raise my vibration and dissolve my ego. Specifically, I am talking about looking in the mirror at myself and then looking into my eyes and focusing my gaze only into my eyes. Initially, it is a bit uncomfortable but soon wonderful things start happening. At first, just gazing 10 seconds and then closing my eyes and being with the energy that has come over me was a good start. Then I go for longer periods and I can add further enhancements that occur to me. There are many variations of this that soon become readily apparent. I have found nothing to date that allows me to get back into the moment and feel a divine presence as quickly as this. Neale Donald Walsch writes about this on pages 232-233 of Home With God.
