 Truth And Reality We could go thru life seeing only what is beautiful & pleasant and close our eyes whenever faced with something ugly and unpleasant. At first, it may seem like a positive outlook on life - but is it? By accepting things the way they really are we learn to flow with life which makes us feel at ease, by resisting, we create our own unhappiness. Let us learn from our daily observations & experiences and accept them for what they are, without holding on to our feelings and thoughts. Sharing positive experiences is inspiring and that has it's place, while contemplating the way things really are - makes for wisdom... Meditating In Japan      |
