Default wow not very smart

I just had a big realization that as long as you are creating unhappiness in the now, you will never have happiness. It's so simple and yet I was doing the total opposite thing. I was projecting it into the future hoping it would magically appear.

I also liked steve's mindset that he posted in "the power of now":
“If it doesn’t exist in some form right now, it never will exist.”

It all makes total sence and yet I was making it very complicated. Also if you still kind of interested in this topic search "the power of now" in the articles section.

Yes.

I would go further and investigate the cause of the unhappiness aswell.

you have already attained happiness. no actual difference will occur between now and the time you actually find happiness. in simple terms, we can pretend you are a high school student who will be absolutely happy when you have a family and a white picket fence. since you can't speed up time and get you there, you can only find happiness in doing what leads you there to that happiness. there is no specific set of actions you are required to take in order to get there, so you don't need to fret about thinking up a list of actions to take. in fact, you just need to change your mindset and realize that you are already happy--- or have 100% of the tools and ability to realize that you are.

i would suggest you don't set your heart on any such thing as having a home and family, but make your ideal happy situation living every moment to the fullest. a good traveler has no fixed plans and is not intent on arriving.
