About 30 minutes before this post I had a dream, or was it real?
Long story short...
I see my room, I see the ceiling and all, then I feel a strange sensation as if I was 'sucked". Then my eyes try to close itself, but me try my very best to keep it open, because it was a new experience and I'm afraid of knowing.

After some series of discomfort, then I feel my body break free from the forces of gravity. I was scared to open my eyes, I feel very frightened. I don't know what this was.

In my mind my mind at that time, I only think about going home. Then I feel like falling from the height of 10cm. Then, I feel I can move my hand my feet, and opened my eyes. Boy, thank God I'm alive.

So, was it really astral projection,
Or, just a dream within a dream
And what should I do next? Need advice

Sounds a lot like astral projection to me.

What to do next? Don't be afraid.

There are lots of resources on astral projection if you want to explore further which I imagine you do

Projection experiences can be quite intense. Focus on relaxing and not being afraid of the experience. There is nothing to be afraid of even though it might seem there is at first.

Sorry for the excitement. One year ago, I don't believe in souls. To experience some shift in your belief is a very exciting experience.

About the astral projection techniques...
So, must I follow every step that is shown on the internet?
Or, I can repeat what I did this early afternoon? Since I already recorded it inside my journal

But although with these resources... I'm still afraid to sleep tonight

You don't have anything to be afraid of. Every night you go to sleep and effectively project, you just don't know it and consequently dream.

You can't follow every step on the internet, there is too many.

Try to find one that seems to work for a lot of people, then try that for a month.

If you already have a technique that works for you though then stick with that.

I had a similar mind shift quite awhile back, it is a large change.

There are a number of books by Robert Bruce that explore Astral Projection that I recommend reading. However, basically, using your own technique would be a good start. Fear is the biggest obstical in projection, but getting past that has great rewards.
