Default Pressure in Heart Chakra When Meditating

Hey guys,

I'm really loving Seth Speaks by Jane Roberts, lately. Great channeling book.

One of the meditations Seth suggests is focusing on your inner senses instead of your outer. You focus on your inner sight, inner hearing, inner touch, and you actually stop feeling the physical world. It's kinda trippy, and you feel yourself become formless.

When I do this, I feel a LOT of pressure in my chest, or heart chakra, depending on your point of view. Feels like it's going to burst when I do this meditation exercise, though my hearts not beating faster and it's not painful, per se. I've tried stretching my chest during it, or visualizing it opening up, but I can't relieve the pressure unless I stop the meditation exercise, and even after it feels kinda swollen.

I think there's something in my heart chakra that needs to be released. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.
