Default Inner Freedom

Finding the right meditation technique can take years. There are so many of them out there - not to mention how long it takes some to find a guru...

Once you got a practice that feels right, you truly got a reason to celebrate.

Meditation has wonderful effects on emotional and mental wellbeing. The practice makes the body and mind calm and this soothing state of mind is highly transformative.

As we progress, we gradually learn to let go of negative feelings and thoughts. Or to put it in other words, we gradually become more aware of the present moment and as a result of that we become increasingly aware of our feelings and thought - which presents us with choices. Do I want to hold on to these negative feelings and thoughts or let them go?

Inner freedom of this kind is a wonderful liberation and it doesn't take that long to harvest these fruits - unlike enlightenment...

Practice makes perfect!
