How to know a conscious creator?

Hi all,

I believe there must be a conscious creator to explain the complexity of the creations around us. In other words the world is not coincidence.

Question is, if there is a creator, how would one learn about him truthfully?

Surely one religious book isn't better than another?

You are the creator -- consciously and unconsciously creating your experience, now. Much of creation is unconscious. The details of this world are dizzying. A very small amount of consciousness creates consciously, maybe 1 percent. We immediately think the mind is that 1% because it thinks it consciously chooses something. The mind is the watcher, the consciousness is the one choosing.

To learn about your creator, look no further than yourself. (switching to 1st person)
Creator is creating, now. I see all sorts of forms around me, though I expend no effort. The creator, myself, is still very unaware that it is the creator. Somewhere along the line I have forgotten my way, or maybe I was just playing, and created a world that reinforces the denial that I'm not the creator. It is a very good, believable creation. It's so good I'm actually quite proud of it even though it causes me so much despair when I forget it's not real.

That might have stretched a little farther than what you see in yourself as creator. Religious books really don't come close unless you're looking into the eastern religions. Many think that creator has it all together and would exude our mind's idea of "perfection" all the time. We are that creator and this reflection of ourselves in the world shows us what's going on within ourselves.

If you think there is a creator, then there is. What is there to learn, though? And if you do read something, why should you accept it? Is blind faith useful for your personal development and spiritual growth?

Further, why put limitations on this "creator"? Why label it with traits, intentions, and gender? If "he" created creation, then where did "he" come from? Surely if "he" has intentions and traits, those had to have come from somewhere. What created "his" traits and intentions? When did "he" become conscious, so that "he" could create?

Personally I think regular, deep meditation will open the doors to how things work. But you must be consistent and dedicated.

I'm gonna answer your question about composers as creators. It can be silly or maybe not. We can't answer these questions anyway...

No, you should consider there are lots of creators and only having faith in one it's not useful, even the best one do crap sometimes.

He began to create observing other creators doing it and thinking it would be great to do it himself too. Others creators influenced him..

When did "he" become conscious, so that "he" could create?

Some at early age, some later. Usually when being familar with great creators masterpieces.
