no one has to wait until some condition exists to wake up

the shift has always been right around the corner

many have had the shift for themselves

not sure how shifted I am but have some, but mostly just a bunch of concepts and words about it

one thing is when we try to conceptualize no-time, or the present moment - we still frame it with time. like, if I squeeze this second down enough into some split second I'll eventually reach no-time. But that is using time to pretend there is a present moment. Having to say Now or present moment has hidden in the words the connotation of moments in time. No-time is an experience just like waking up/being aware, that makes a lot of the words not really work.

this is a lovely thread.

i'm not quite sure if i'm in the NOW, but I do know I have problems when I write papers, reviews etc. that I switch from past to 'present' tense all the time. Its always inconsistent. I have such a poor grasp of 'time' any sort of estimation I make is totally off.

right now I'm super lucky I have a job where it doesn't matter if I'm a half hour late or not...

Try and see all you can ever be in, is in the NOW.
You mention "past" and "present".

These are simply incorrect ideas, adapted without thinking them thru.

The Now is all there is, and Everything is created from this never ending Now.
