I am reaching out to you on this site, because I feel like I have no one else to reach out to. There have been some really weird sinchronicities that have happened. Part of me wants to believe that they mean something, and the other part of me is resisting it. I don't want to become deluded, and I don't want to fill my head with false hopes. I feel like I'm losing my grip with reality. I really like what's going on, I just don't want to lead myself in the wrong direction. What should I do? Should I continue looking for signs, or should I take a break from searching, and just relax?

I think you can do both, i.e. relax and continue enjoying the synchronicities.

The more you look for signs, the more you might start to lose the joy that comes with living in the moment and having fun with what appears in your reality. Take a relaxed approach to it, remain aware of the synchronicities as they happen, and take action as and when you feel inspired to do so.

What signs are you looking for and why?
When did your problem start? You indicated in earlier posts that it was when you became interested in Subjective Reality. Did something specific happen?

Little sinchronicities started happening. Numerous people on the radio started talking about the idea that we're all one, the holographic universe, and the idea that life is just a dream. I turned on the tv, and there was an episode about a simulation, and how the characters on the show had to enter the simulation to shut it down. My horoscope said this: There are extremely slow moving subtle energies that are coming into play today, secretseven, which may not be felt so easily. What they are providing, however, is a key to manifesting your wildest dreams. Fantasy can become your reality, but it may only come one small, subtle step at a time. Don't give up. Focus on the unconventional way of getting things done. You will eventually achieve everything your heart desires - as long as you truly believe that you can.

It sounds fascinating and fantastic! You are opening up to a whole new way of looking at things. Instead of resisting and questioning it, just follow where it leads. If you decide this is not for you you can always create something else.

Reality is what you make it.

I have come to think about signs as like you would do dream interpretations. And that if you have synchronicities it means that you have programmed part of you to want to see them.

But then, just like dream interpretations, there is not need to "think" about these. What to do is to quiet your mind, like get into a space of quietness, and then look at a particular "sign" and ask what it means from this quiet space. This is how dream interpretation works best, I think. To not use the higher brain wave states and over think what it means. Just try to ask what it means and if something comes you can "know". Otherwise, just take note for some other time when it might come together for you.

thing is all of what we see can be a sign. like if a rabbit crosses the road, then you could ask what that means - but not to ask like from the intellectual mind, but from feelings. Get quiet and become the rabbit and feel what it was all about. then the mind can interpret what the feelings are around it as the message.

Sometimes sings are just echoes or confirmations of what you are learning or checking out an idea. And that sounds like what you have.

I agree with Wolfgang.

The Mind is only used to collect and store imperical data. Use the Heart to determine its meaning and what actions you need to take.

To allow your Heart to speak, you must first quiet the Mind.

The Mind is like a hyper three year-old constantly clammoring for your attention. Without control, it will run wild and rampant without regard for anything else. The practice of quieting the mind allows the rest of your being to come into play on the things around you and the things that concern you. When you allow those other "aspects" of your life to speak to you, that is when you "know" something. That's when you can see, hear, and Dream, but until you settle down your three year-old, all your attention will be there instead of where it needs to be: on your question, "What do these things mean to me?"

SecretSeven, you sound like you are a sensitive soul and you may have opened yourself up to negative influences. These can come from dabbling with astrology, the occult and various other belief systems.
Ask God for help. See yourself as a ship heading towards a beacon of light. Remain steadfast. Ignore the false lights, trying to attract you to shipwreck on the rocks of despair. Even if you don't believe in God or Jesus, just ask for help anyway - it is always given.

SecretSeven, your awareness of 'synchronicities' indicates you are ready for something. you wouln't notice it if you weren't meant to pick it up. The self-doubt is feear that you are permitting to control you. Why do you wish to prevent yourself from listening to your intuition? Society functions in ways that tend to distract or block us from it. You have opportunties to change that. The only person who holds you back is yourself. To what end?

Try taking a break and resting your mind.

Dear SecretSeven - I have been there, and if you are like me, you will be wondering what on earth is real, true - whether you are really receiving messages or whether you are finding what you want to find. I have been through a painful experience in my life - wanting children and not having them - I thought the universe was giving me all sorts of signs, I asked, and I thought I received..I wanted so much to trust in what I was seeing..I went through what I call the dark night of the soul, I thought that God had abandoned me.

You may very well be receiving signs, you may well be wanting something so much that suddenly there are signs everywhere. The question is - are you attached to the outcome - do you WANT to receive a certain sign? Are you able to relinquish your need or desire for whatever it is you think you might be receiving. I had to let go, and let god - to accept that I could not make demands of the universe and then cry out when the signs I thought I was receiving were not 'real'- well, they were probably real in order to get me to the point where the ego had to fall - the pain of wanting was worse than the pain of letting it go.

Is the ego involved in your situation? True miracles are not driven by our demands for miracles...
