I'm running a blog @ 4 Mind 4 Life dot com that discusses ways to effectively boost your brain power. One of the categories that I touch on is brainwaves. I am also doing some personal experiments with brainwave entrainment and blogging about them. So far, I've written guides that discuss the alpha, theta, and beta brainwaves.

i used to use the Brain Wave Generator from time to time, now i use the Delta Signal of a night to learn how to astral project. amazing stuff these brainwaves.

I've been listening to some binaural beats for 10 days that are supposed to help with astral projection - nothing so far, perhaps I am doing something wrong.

It does make me relaxed though, but that's not the point

Whoa...what are those things? Are they like machines you hook yourself up to when you sleep?
