Hi Everyone, A friend of mine is starting to discover his own intuition and deeper levels of his mind. He's going through the phase which I'm sure many of us on this forum have gone through when you first start learning about intuition, psychic abilities, LOA, etc. He's confused about things, and doesn't really quite know what to make of it all. I went through a similar phase last year around this time. Since then many of the things that were so new to me then I've just sorta accepted as fact now. My question to everyone is this: my friend seems to be getting intense headaches when he finds himself at deep levels of thought. The headaches are near the eye region (I'm guessing near where his third eye is). I've gotten headaches there too, but they were never as bad as his are. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do about it? His mind running wild is starting to affect his ability to concentrate on everyday things. For those familiar with the Silva Method it is like how they explained that you wouldn't want to function at Alpha level all the time because you would be able to react properly. |

I've been familiar with the LOA and intuition for a while now but have never experienced any type of headache before, or maybe I haven't gone as deep as you guys, lol. I'm not really familiar with silva method so I cannort really comment on that but maybe someone else can. hope your friend gets better. |

Yeah, I occassionally get headaches after meditation. I don't know why- maybe I come out of the state too soon. They aren't like normal headaches though, it reminds me of how my muscles feel after going to the gym.

This is just a shot in the dark, but maybe with this new deeper level of though comes stress that leads to headaches. I don't mean stress that you get from a screaming kid and long lines at the store. But maybe too much insite or input coming in and the mind is stressed. I have had headaches from great ideas that just stem to other ideas and so on and then too much input. Just a guess. Another thing is headaches should not be a regular part of life so maybe if it keeps happening a Dr would be a good idea.
