I don't know if anyone faced this situation.I have realized that sometimes it happens that you are facing a problem, you are very positive and enthusiastic and putting all your energy to get it solved. Then another problem comes, you are now trying to get both sorted out with same amount of positive energy and then another problem comes and you feel as if there is a force working against everything you are doing making it all the more difficult, I feel by the time, the tide of bad times settle down you are already in so deep negative that in the tide of good times you end up coming to zero or may be little bit positive. What is more difficult to understand is this tide of bad times(when an invisible force works against you) always seem to appear every year around the same time. And the tide of good times(when an invisible force works for you) also seem to appear around the same time of every year , with more or less intensity. If anyone can explain why this happens it would be great.

The first thing that popped into my mind when I was reading your post was my dad. For the longest time growing up, it seemed like more than just the trees went to sleep in the winter. After almost a lifetime of this, he got an answer - of sorts: Seasonal Affective Disorder. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression characterized by a pattern of episodes tied to changes of season. Research indicates that SAD is caused by variation in the length of daylight, which affects levels of the neurotransmitter, Serotonin, in the brain. It can be very subtle or very profound depending on the person. In my dad, it was fairly subtle. In my Grandmother, however, it was extreme. Now, I don't know your personal situation, nor am I saying this is your issue. However, a LOT of people do have different strengths and weaknesses tied to the change of the seasons. There's a Spiritual side to this too, though. My Totem is Bear. As a result I tend to sleep more in the winter than the summer. You could easily say it has nothing to do with my Guide. It would be logical and scientific to say that what I experience in the winter is simply an off-shoot of me being genetically predisposed to SAD through my father and grandmother. Maybe that's the case. But maybe, there's more to it than that. Maybe, the one is a reflection of the other. In the winter, my Dreamtime experiences become very strong. I'm lucid more than I'm not, I engage spiritually more than at other times of the year, and most of the personal Medicine I get from my Guides, I get during this season. I recognize this, accept this aspect of my being and use it to better my life and the lives of those around me. Therefore, I'm "congruent" in my spiritual being - not depressed. Perhaps for you, there is spiritual Medicine at work that centers around certain aspects of the seasons or the year. Perhaps the negative energy/situations you encounter is a result of you not being in congruence on a Spiritual level at that time. In some ways, it's similar to what Rythman was saying about ego getting in his way. Anyway, just my $.02. Take that for whatever it's worth.

Hi people, thanks for your response.Special thanks to Mato. Actually i find no connection of ego with whatever i have stated, it is just like you are swimming in a river and at certain times you feel the currents are against you and at some other times the current pushes you forward. When the currents are against you , irrespective of how much you try to move ahead it is tough , you have to spend all energy of your energy reserve just to stay afloat as a result, when the tide is pushing you, you don't have any energy to move much ahead . I want to what forces are these , what determines their direction and intensity ? How to be able to have a pre knowledge of their coming and how to tackle them in the most effective way to have minimum losses so that when the tide pushes you , you are not spent up with your energy reserves to move ahead rapid and fast. I would request anyone who faced this and found out an answer to reply, Steve if you happen to look at this post and have some time, your inputs would be very valuable.
