There are things which I want to conquer or achieve in life ... to do so requires constant mindfulness of my actions. How do I develop my ability to concentrate and have a persistent anchor on to my goals? I know if I keep my desires dominant mentally I will make pro-active decisions ... but the problem is I forget my desires when distracted by thoughts of immediate sense pleasures. Thanks and peace. |
