If anyone is interested, what I do is:

-Relax somewhere, music, candles, rocks, whatever you want for that.
-Then I pray for want I want
-I go over the charkra I wish to work on (or all) and I circle my hand in a counter clockwise motion 7 times and then kind of throw off to the side (as if it were dirty) to get rid of any unwanted energy in them
-Then I focus on them. If I feel they are gunked, I picture (this is weird, but it works for me) a big pooper scooper going through it, getting rid of all the stuff.
-Then I'll picture it being clean and spinning nicely.
-Repeat for each one I want to work on.
-I circle in a clock wise motion 7X's to close them, picture closed nicely like a flower before it blooms.
-Then I shower

Really amazing, beautiful production. I feel uplifted from watching it and feel a lot more acquainted with the chakra system, and it's a good reference for me, as I sometimes have difficulty with visualizing the wheels spinning.
