I never can seem to make things happen. I'll say "Lets go here, or something like that." Usually I'll say let's hang out or something, but I noticed it's almost always my friends who actually make the plans. It's weird sometimes I like to plan in advance, sometimes I don't. I might feel like "yeah let's do this right now!" or I might I'll feel like, "nah I don't wanna do this, too much of a short notice."

Most decisions in any group usually are taken by the alpha person or someone high on the social hierarchy.... so, you might like to find out a little more about "alphaism" ...and maybe create a few changes in your behavior... The very best of luck to you... .

I definitely have leadership problem or something. Just 7 years ago when I was in grade school, I was the huge "alpha" of the schoolyard. I hear I always displayed those characteristics. Something happened, probably combination of school, too much video games, and maybe lack of good role models. I think that's partially the problem, but this happens even in the groups where I AM the leader.

You should take this test... (click here) and you will know if you are a leader (alpha) or not... The test is very good, it's free and you will not be spamed... .

Nvm works now. I'm taking it now. It definitely opened my eyes to a few points, even though it was centered around a work environment. I see how some things could be applied to other parts of my life. Thanks. Last edited by CoolStuff : 08-20-2007 at 07:00 AM.

| I don't think it really bothers you. If you are the one who always follow, so what? You can enjoy following too. Having the whole group follow your idea Vs. Have a great time with the whole group Which one is more important? If having fun is more important, whoever leads doesn't really matters. If they are leading, just let it be. It doesn't mean that you are a loser in leading. If you really want to lead the group to follow your idea, I recommend you to practice being attractive at » How Easy You Can Be Attractive Today With 5 Tips? | ^ Yeah that's true. It's just that then that means it leaves me some days doing nothing. I have ideas, but I just don't make things happen for some reason. I think those tips were ok, I'm already pretty good at them. Quote:

CoolStuff! With numbers like that you could not lead three persons in silent prayers... The good new is that you are a strategist... so, you should work with that... and surround yourself with Commanders, Visionaries and Executors... Next time I need to plan something... you're my main man... .
