Default Feeling incredibly Lethargic.

Hey everyone,
I've never been the most social butterfly, but I at least had friends, and wanted to socialize and hang out and stuff. But i've recently gotten into a funk where I just can't stand going out, or dealing with other people. All I can think about is how I can't wait to be alone.

I just can't be bothered to do anything really, even things I enjoy, I just want to be alone, and zone out.

Does anybody have any tips how to fix this?

I love being alone in total silence.

Maybe you ran out of things to do for happiness, that you've exhausted all your ideas for being happy and found out that it's still elusive?

Could it be a form of depression? Or maybe exhaustion?

If its either of those, I would suggest lots of sunlight and seeing a doctor/alternitive medicine person for help.

Otherwise, sunlight. Be outside in nature. Always helps me. Also try clearing out junk from your life, clutter that sort of stuff. It just weighs you down.

I'd be interested in seeing a number of different takes on this, I'm having the same problem.

Funny enough I do need a good clearout of junk, a BIG one. Also feel like I need a big change.
