I have trouble giving and recieving love to/from others.

I need help. Any pointers?

Have you read men are from mars women from venus? That gives a good breakdown on the types of give and take in a relationship.

I think a lot of people aren't taught to. Instead, we're taught how to make a strong ego.

I like Tolle and Chopra's stuff. They have helped me separate my awareness from my ego.

A book I really enjoy is "The Dragon Doesn't Live Here Anymore" by Alan Cohen. The subtitle is...Living Fully, Loving Freely.

Pointers? - Mainly, remove fear of connecting. We're born to love. It's not that we don't know how, we've just forgotten that it's our natural state.
