New relationship?

I was saying to my counselor earlier, that I think my connection with this person was all about showing me how unhealthy my line of work is. I have decided to leave my current job before things get too crazy.

He helped me see that it is deeply unhealthy for me to be around the sort of people I have placed myself around in my workplace and that I don't want to end up like him, so I am grateful to have met him.

I might also have saved myself from a possible incident of sexual assault? Although my boss says that has never happened there, and the men I have been giving massage to respond to my directions and assertiveness when I tell them to keep their hands by their sides and stop talking dirty to me, it doesn't mean that it won't ever happen!

I have managed to unravel certain parental issues that may be linked to this deviation from my path, and I am grateful for the experience. Hopefully the next job will be with more honest people who have more integrity. Fingers crossed.
