Hello Friends, I have to defend my master thesis and have fear about that. Normally I get nervous when I talk in public. for example, I work in a company and have to report what I have done during the week to my colleague. I get always nervous and can not do that well. I am now 31 years old and it is very important to fix this problem. Otherwise I will loose my opportunities in future. please help me what I should do, Reza |

Have you considered hypnotherapy? I haven't undergone hypnotherapy myself, but I know (secondhand) a few people who have (including a lawyer who developed a fear of public speaking, and a musician who uses self-hypnosis to psyche themselves up before gigs), and the majority of those people seem to have found hypnotherapy beneficial. (I also used to have a fear of public speaking -- however, I wouldn't recommend to anybody else the manner in which my fear of public speaking was 'cured' :P ) Last edited by tatemae; 11-12-2011 at 04:21 PM.
