Subliminal mp3

Hi All,

Was wondering if you have used any subliminal audio mp3's and had good results? Very interested in ones like confidence, self-esteem, etc.

I've been looking at Subliminal Messages. Subliminal CDs and MP3s, Subliminal message tapes and brain-sync.

I'm skeptic of anything that promotes "easy" work. I don't think subliminals help at all. That's just my honest opinion.

Not familiar with subliminals (although Steve endorses "Paraliminals" -- see the site), but I've had a lot of success using relaxation/hypnosis MP3's. There are two free ones on the Internet I'm aware of -- one at paulmckenna.com (it's called "trance sample") and one at effective learning systems (google it) called "alpha break."

Every day after I work out, I listen to one of these while I'm stretching. I credit them with helping boost my confidence, helping me generate some great ideas for improving my life, and keeping motivated.
