To the girls and Boys

There's this thing that always stays in my mind, and I am always wondering about it.
Suppose there's a guy who wants to become my friend, and well I always welcome each and everyone ('cuz i am happy to have lots of friends )
And I suddenly have a feeling, (well you know - crush) with this guy.
And of course I do always respond to his text message, phone calls, chats.

Which is right, what do you guys think, do guys should always start the text message, chats? or... equally? like a balanced conversation? ( I mean when both start showing signs that they have crush on each other )

Because sometimes, there are guys who thought of being ignored, a.k.a rejected when girls do not say HI first

P.S. maybe this is a silly thread, but I am just wondering if you guys ever face the same situation.

If you like someone and are ok with putting yourself out there a bit, I'd initiate convo/texts whenever you want. It doesn't have to always be the guy. Balanced back and forth is fine. It's normal.

And some guys tend to be more laid back and don't start many phone/text conversations, myself included. I'm always just happy doing what I'm doing and don't think to call.

In junior high I swear I didn't initiate one conversation with my girlfriend. I wonder why she broke up with me.. hmmm...
