The best way? Every way you possibly can... Go out and do things you enjoy doing where women are likely to be (take classes). Join social networking sites. Go to bars. Talk to women when you go shopping, or while on public transport. Etc, etc.

But the most helpful thing may be to understand why a 25 year old, fit, educated man, has to ask how to meet women? Of course circumstance (cultural or religious restrictions for example) could have led to something entirely different for you, but in my experience it's fairly uncommon for a 25 year old guy to not have female friends...

What is it that has prevented you from already meeting plenty of women who'd be interested in casual fun. Is it still holding you back?

Or when you said fun, did you actually mean sex? If that's the case, dating sites and personals.
