It's good of you to ask and part of the growth process. I'd just say, don't try to be the opposite or you'll lose yoursef. You want to keep your personality, WHO YOU ARE. You just might need to tweak that some.

Often, over confidence is a sign of underconfidence, so work on loving yourself more and you'll relax. :-)

No, and I'll catch you up: As I said later in the thread, I realized that the people who said such things were people in old relationships that I've had to let go and move on from. This was an attempt to put me down back to when I had less self-esteem. It was hurtful because I never expected them to say such things.
