Default Need vs time

For those of you who have witnessed my journey on these forums, you know that in the past I was needy where it came to men. Somehow, I have gotten past that. I decided to go out and have fun and not worry about what happens. Of course, that's when I met him. The fact that I wasn't needy was one of the things that attracted him to me. We are now talking about moving in together and are both very happy with the way things are going.

The lack of need seems to have transferred itself to other areas as well. There was a time that the need to be on these forums was very high. Nowadays, it is difficult to find time to come on and when I'm here, unless it is someone I already know, I find it hard to get interested. Unfortunately, I have missed some threads that friends wrote. It is not a lack of interest in these, but a lack of time and to be honest, attention.

I feel guilty when I realize I missed a friend in need but I am glad that I have enough going on that I am not here all the time. To those of you that I missed, I apologize. I still am here every day, only enough time to post in the fun & rec real quick and then gone again. But I am here if you need me. Just don't have time to search. PM me if you want my attention any time!! Love to you all!!!

Hey Shasah,

I am glad things have been going well for you. I have not been on the forums recently as well. Trying to figure out things and develop new strategies. I think your post reminded me that perhaps I have been needy, too. I need to let go.

Wish you the best. Hugs.

I wouldn't have been able to let go if it weren't for the great people here. So thanks to you and all the others for helping me get through my issues. Love ya!!
