I'd have to say neutral. With anyone, huge turn off. With loved life partner, kind of a turn on. There's a lot of "crazy good" sides of going through that process with the right person. The super cute baby bump (most men i know are quite proud of their wife's bump...because they know it's their offspring living in there), the birth (traumatic and beautiful for both  ), the gorgeous baby looking half you/half him, the breasts getting huge (good especially for baby and for the mister). I don't care about a few small stretch marks or slightly larger hips... it's kind of a signature saying my husband and children have been there... and a proof i was not afraid to give physical life to two beautiful souls. No regrets  .

Never rally thought about it in that "light". It is something that brings closeness not something that I find erotic. Now when I think about it there is nothing erotic for me there.
