Has anyone here been able to consciously bring themselves to orgasm using only their mind and/or breathing techniques? No interaction whatsoever with your genitals or other parts of your body.

I think if you rapildy squeze your root lock , that muscle you use to control your pee at about the same rate as the kundlini breath of fire you will have a orgasm. You can focous white lite on your sex chakra , but I dont know if this will give a orgasm , but it does feel good . desert rat

I can do this, and I have on many occasions. I started to be able to do it somewhere in my middle thirties, if I recall correctly.

Once the novelty wore off, thought, I pretty much stopped doing it. There are more entertaining and interactive ways to get sexual pleasure, IMHO.

There are some wonderful tantric practices that can give all kinds of experiences, physical and energetic. the only times I've orgasmed without touch have been in the context of dreamspace... the wet dreams i dont remember so well but the lucid dreams were pretty awesome. It was just a matter of visualization I guess you could say.

I'd say lucid dreams count considering you're pretty much conscious within the dream.
How is it compared to an orgasm that you would have while awake?

well, pretty ****ing good

depends on the girl lol. my lucid dream fantasies tho are hard for a real girl to live up to. Reminds me of how Erin said she would sleep with Brad Pitt in her lucid dreams. The mind is surprisingly powerful when it's in that semi-conscious state.

The idea of binaurial beats is a beat designed to be slightly desynchronized between each ear, so as to mimic the frequency of particular brainwaves. So you go into meditation or relax, and just by listening to an audio track on headphones, you can allegedly recreate certain brain states without any physical or chemical intervention. I tried a few from these guys with mixed results, but the concept is certainly interesting.

Hmm me too... I have had some fantastic orgasms while I was asleep! I remember one that woke me up, and I was still shaking from it lol...

However, I still can't even have a vaginal orgasm in real life

I figure if I can orgasm in my sleep then it MUST be possible to have one, even if the stimulation itself doesn't do it!

Yeah, me too, only in my dreams have I had orgasms with just my mind(and also dream experiences that are waaay better than sex, no comparison, indescribable bliss, like every orgasm & love manifested in multiple lifetimes amplified & magnified into infinity & beyond! LOL!) so I too am thinking it should be possible in a waking state, but I'd rather have a real physical partner. I can see the value in training your mind to achieve heightened experiences. Something I have lined up to explore, I have so many books at my bedside luring me, yet other priorities interfere. I am so curious & tantalized, & though books are helpful, I know practical knowledge is also key, lol! Woot!

Well, I did once. I've been searching for months in the attempt to find some explanations.

Actually it's very simple, but not easy to achieve.

1. Sit down comfortably...
2. Close your eyes to avoid distraction
3. Start to perform diaphragmatic breathing (don't stop)
4. Focus on a point around your forehead and the center of your head
5. Feel unconditional love and excitement for ALL that is (it's the KEY)

By doing 4. you will feel a weird sensation at this specific location, increase it with your mind; focus on it. If you feel true love, that sensation is going to explode, blossom. A phenomenon will take place, you'll have the biggest and purest orgasm of your life, feel you neurons firing up from everywhere in your brain and finally understand why the 7th chakra is often called the "thousand petaled lotus".
