My story:

I have always been quite introverted, which is fun, but recently I decided to expand my social life. I am friends with almost everyone, but still do very little socially, mainly because of the main introverted qualities, such as feeling drained.

As many of you have, after reading this blog, I found myself in an aha moment, like this is the start of what I have been looking for. And the bears and eagles thing was very true for me.

But after recently trying to expand and open up, I realized that I cannot do it with my current friends. They are fun people, but spend their time on drama, drugs, and feeling overall negative!

So, how do I meet more eagles? Everyone I know thinks I am smart and funny, bu I want several deep relationships with more meaningful people. Nothing against some people, I just think I feel more at home around eagles.

perhaps some personal examples, as well as ideas to attract people into your life would help a lot. I am really looking for face to face, although this forum is fun.

Thanks Erin. Who wants to be an eagle hopping around an old bear cave? Very funny. Also, looking inside is one I really didn't consider.

Take advantage of the Local Groups forum here to see if you can find like-minded people in your city. Many gatherings have already occurred.
