I suspect that the person I've based this post on is actually a part of this forum... Smiling The original blog post I read and followed is included in my post as a link. I know some of you may be annoyed with me posting something so simple and because it's probably been posted a million times, in other forms, but it really did work for me. It worked so well today, that I decided I should probably share it with you guys (: Smiling really is a great tool to use when rising out of unhappiness and creating a more vivid social life! |
