One of the very effective method for feeling unconditional love for myself is to imagine that I feel unconditional love for myself

. I try to imagine how it feels and then eventually after a while, I feel it for myself. I did that tonight, and it's remarkable how my attitude changed, how I softened tremendously, and felt much more connected to people around me. Things that seemed scary didn't seem as scary at all. I also was a lot easier on myself

I decided today to do a 30 day trial of that, to focus on that for 20 minutes a day.
Any other effective methods to feel unconditional love for yourself out there? So that you can live your life feeling this love for yourself. I'd like to install this for a lifetime.
