It's been a while since I've written anything, so I know it's probably kind of rusty. But I'm curious to get feedback on the ideas that I presented.

lots of great info in there, and it's to the point, not too much writing..

Helpful, to the point, makes a person think. For instance, when you're talking about asserting yourself, it made me realize I do this in a business setting, but I don't do it in a personal setting as much. Same with saying no. Thank you and good job.
