Default Books about social networking.

I am moving to a larger city soon, and for what ill be doing i belive buidling a quality rich and large network will work wonders. I dont percive this from a cynical angle at all, i belive if i get in contact with people i can provide value to them and vise versa.

So if any one got any books to recomend also just tips in general will be greatly appriciated.

How to Talk to Anyone by Leil Lowndes
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
No More Mr. Nice Guy Robert Glover

Three of the best books on the subject I've found. (the last one is really just for guys though)

These are great books, I was going to recommend them. I haven't read the third one.

I'd also recommend getting on Twitter, and using TwitterLocal (google it) to find people in the city you're going to.

This book at first will seem abstract in use for socializing, but the "Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell is probably the most invaluable book on networking I have ever seen. The book focuses on social epidemics, however I have seen people and social networking institutions reverse engineer the book into socializing, and if you are able to pull out the social networking aspect out of the book you will be solid in the social scene.
