the riddler is on a distinguished road
Default My most Vivid Dream ...and events leading up to it...

Hey so this problem is probably pretty minute. but i still find it interesting as far as ego, logic, and intuition are concerned.

So i was hanging out with my g/f and i got tired and walked home - she didnt want me to leave. on the way home i bumped into some friends and eventually my friend kevin & I stopped at a wings place a few blocks up the road. Apparently my girl walked past the place and got upset that i left her - i also told her i was going home so i guess it might have left the impression that i purposely ditched her for my friends and maybe even lied.

she got a little frisky over text messages and then began to ignore me. I understand these are both assumptions from my perception - but i know my girl pretty well, i know when she's upset haha. Anyway, she finally responded to my calling and we both said good night.

I went to sleep feeling ok about things, yet equally suprised that she was upset because our relationship is based on living our own lives, going with the flow and letting things unfold naturally as opposed to forcing things onto a relationship. So i went to bed and thats when i had an extremely vivid dream about her hanging out with her ex boyfriend, having some sort of meeting in an apartment which i was present in. At the end of the dream they sat me down and told me they were getting back together! Obviously this is something that i fear, but the dream was so EXTREMELY VIVID - i woke up right after getting dumped and i did not feel good AT ALL. It took about 10 minutes to realize it was in dreamworld - and that my girlfriend is probably home sleeping and still loves me very much. I still remember that she was singing a song with the world love in it, and the facial expressions eveyrone was making in the dream... Well i guess only time will tell to decipher the true meaning of the dream, why i had it when i did, and where it came from, but i was wondering what some other people may think. What was interestin to me is that i've heard alot about dreams and how mysterious they are and i was wondering why i would even dream out of fear and ego subconciously. I mean, i guess we do that all the time... Conciously i am trying to tell myself, and have fully decided to let go of their relationship and fully trust that they are over and that she wants to be with me. I've read books that tell me to listen to my dreams and this dream was about as vivid as i've ever had one. Problem was it was more of a nightmare than a dream...
