Doing a little research on the topic and would like to know what you think. Question: Will it really be okay with you if your friend/best friend becomes friends with your ex, someone he or she met through you? Thanks everyone Tabs |

If it's totally platonic than perhaps it's fine. But in most cases he's probably planning on sleeping with her. That would sort of piss me off, but no one has ever done that to me. I guess all is fair in love and war.

I wouldn't wish any of my exes on my worst enemy - true friends know me well enough to realise this and why, and would give the exes a miss. Fake friends are welcome to them Really though, 'ex' is your history and wants leaving there - the fact that 'ex' is somebody else's future is probably no bad thing. Whoever that somebody else happens to be |

One group of my friends is quite incestuous. There's often some tension after a new paring forms, but the tension fades and things return to normal, except now Jill is seeing Jerry instead of Jack, and Jack has brought a new girl to the group. As for me, I'm friends with a few ex's, and the rest I don't have much contact with, so it's fine if they become friends, or even start dating. I'd be concerned about my emotional intelligence if I got upset by friends of mine finding happiness. |
