Default I need help! Social Fear!

Hello guys. I am panos and i comefrom Greece. I deal with social fear. I saw a lot about this. I visit one doctor that in my opinion is that he can not make a lot. I search a lot ways for therapies and i decided to be open to some forums. I found a lot info abot nlp and eft. I feel alone in this fight and i need a really strong help from anywhere. My doctor can not understand me and i see this. Please help me fight social fear and get my mood back.

Thank you for reading my thread.

Default Try another approach...it's only at the level of thought.

I highly recommend the work by Byron Katie and Brooke Castillo as an effective approach to help you gain full control of your thoughts and limiting belief systems. It's a simple process and based on the concepts that all our perceived problems and emotional issues are only at the level of thought and 99% of the time, our thoughts are not even rooted in FACT. We have accepted false truths about ourselves that cause the misery and pain.

Google Byron Katie and also Brooke Castillo and check them out. Let me know what you think of their approaches.

The best way to overcome any phobia is through desensitization, that is simply exposing yourself to what you fear and learning that it's really not that bad. I suggest that you make a list of recent situations that you are afraid of, and then pick the one that is the least scary. Then make a project out of talking people in that situation. Set goals for yourself ("I will talk to the clerk at the grocery store"), and if you can't meet them, write down the thoughts that prevented you from doing it and actively negate them. Once you've mastered that one, move up to the next one. It will take time (months to years), but I think it will be worth it in the end.

Default Re

Social fear cause to me a lot problems to other sections. Mood are really down so noone goal can become fast. Like a black hole in me that autoblock and autoprevent. If i no close this hole a lot can just be destroyed so easy. The people you told me to see in google and their therapies seem interesting. Like word therapy. The worst is that if my situation go to higher level, social fear may exist to me for ever. Now i work on eft (Emotional Freedom Techinques).Because i see now how much dangerous this can beome i fight with all weapons i have.
Take care!
